Activity check consists of one check-in once per month. You do not need to submit a write-up or anything of the sort, simply let us know you're still here and still want to play! Please see the mod comment below for an example of how activity check should be handled - you will be asked to make a header for yourself, the player, when you are accepted into the game and expected to comment every month for check-in to that header.
